Description Ficus benjamina ‘Evergreen’ Ficus benjamina ‘Evergreen’ is a vigorous, upright cultivar of the classic weeping fig, selected for its lush, glossy foliage and greater adaptability to indoor conditions. Compared to older types, ‘Evergreen’ is more tolerant of inconsistent watering and environmental change, with a faster growth rate and fuller canopy. Its fine, arching branches and cascading leaves create a soft, flowing silhouetteideal for adding height and greenery to foyers, hallways or large bright rooms. Left unpruned, this cultivar can grow into a tall, tree-like specimen reaching 23.5 metres indoors.
