Description 2004.5-2005 GM Chevrolet 6.6L LLY Duramax AFE Cold Side Intercooler Tube Kit The aFe intercooler tube represents the next generation of Diesel performance products. This tube outflows the factory intercooler tube by 40%. Included are two 1/8″ NPT bungs for additional sensor or injection ports. Perfect Fit: Tube comes complete with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation. Flow and Performance: The intercooler tube is constructed of 3″ mandrel bent powder-coated stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. Installation is a snap: Utilizing the factory mounting locations provides stability and a hassle-free installation.
